Ranks & Titles

Ranks and Titles of the Old Empire have still continued into the new era, though many now without an official method of obtaining certain ranks. Most pilots who have smaller ships are referred to as captain as they captain their own ships, but would not be officially recognised at that rank within the Old Empire.   While its presence has faded, its influence as not. Many ranks and titles are either self-appointed, such as someone who claimed the rank of Tavarken for a certain planet.
