Bythos Experimental Zone

In one of the districts can be found the Bythos Experimental Zone, which is a small moving storm that distorts reality. It is technically the laboratory of one Sylvester Bythos and subject to the laws of Fairtree, but its variable interior makes observing the rules a matter of accord rather than governance. Several empty lots have been set aside for it to safely occupy; it cycles between them inbetween jaunts elsewhere.
