Sandstorm Talents
The Sandstorm Talent is an uncommon talent found amongst Earth Fairy / Sky Fairy hybrids with the inherited Earth Magic and Wind/Air Magic abilities.
These fairies, having honed in on controlling specifically sand, are able to conjure storms using wind and any grains of sand from the ground around them.
Uncommon Powers are only accessible once you reach Level 5 within the server. You can put that your fairy is aspiring for a rarer/uncommon trait in their doc, but they can not fully acquire it until you have reached that level out of character.
