Celestial Graveyard Talents

The Celestial Graveyard Talent is a rare talent found amongst Sky Fairy / Dark Fairy hybrids who have the inherited Celestial Magic and Death / Decay Magic abilities.

When a fairy passes on, these fairies use their abilities to maneuver the stars to add a new one to the mix, said to carry the soul of the deceased. 

Rare Powers are only accessible once you reach Level 10 within the server. You can put that your fairy is aspiring for a rarer/uncommon trait in their doc, but they can not fully acquire it until you have reached that level out of character.
