Blizzard Talents
The Blizzard Talent is an uncommon talent found amongst Sky Fairy / Ice Fairy hybrids who have the inherited Snow Magic and Wind/Air Magic abilities.
These fairies can create the conditions necessary for blizzards, though their powers certainly don’t have to range so extreme.
Uncommon Powers are only accessible once you reach Level 5 within the server. You can put that your fairy is aspiring for a rarer/uncommon trait in their doc, but they can not fully acquire it until you have reached that level out of character.
