Zethra, Viscountess of Hell
Zethra is a master manipulator, adept at using charm, guile, and subtlety to achieve her ends. She possesses an uncanny ability to read people, understanding their deepest desires and fears. Zethra often presents herself as a benevolent figure, offering aid and counsel to those in power, all while concealing her true intentions. She is patient and methodical, but her young age causes her to often make missteps or overreach.
She is heavily in debt to Vi'tzutuil due to his role in elevating her up to her current rank quickly, in the past 50 years or so. She was elevated from her special position as an erinyes into nobility, giving her a unique devil form. Although she appreciates her elevation, she mostly resents him for holding it over her like a debt. She believes she should be in charge of the Mintiri information gathering and torture division, not Vi'tzutuil, but she has been forced to sign a contract tying the pair of them together.
She managed to get Vi'tzutuil killed, summoning to his workshop into a trap laid by a group of powerful adventurers who had been sent to hell to get them out of his way.
