Dissipation

You use teleportation magic to scatter some of the targets’ flesh and tissue to random locations, leaving them with deep wounds. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 8d6 slashing damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.   Spells and effects that prevent teleportation or dimensional travel also prevent all damage from this spell.   At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
