Arcane Ties

Each creature you choose within range that you can see must make an Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 4d6 force damage, or half as much on a success. Targets that fail the saving throw are tied to each other by many thin, permeable arcane strings for the duration of the spell. Whenever one of the tied creatures is damaged (except from this spell), all other tied creatures take 1 force damage.   At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the initial force damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
