On a hit, the creature takes 1d8 bludgeoning damage and must make a Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. Creatures that are size Large have advantage on this saving throw. Larger creatures automatically save but still take damage. Any exposed flames the target is carrying are doused.
The spell’s damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
