Book smarts

Some books in the world have the ability to grant a certain benefit upon completion.

These books present a time it will take to finish reading the book, and entries for books will display what sort of knowledge or ability they grant the reader.

Reading a book is considered a low intensity activity that can be done for up to two hours during a long rest, or up to one hour during a short rest. During periods of downtime, a maximum of four hours per day is advised.
