Silvanus
Silvanus (pronounced: /sɪlˈvɑːnʌs/ sihl-VANN-us) is the Celtic and Faerunian power of wild nature, standing in contrast to the more ordered, agrarian nature represented by the goddess Chauntea.
“The Forest Father is the eternal guardian of the forest. He is the god of all wild o and untamed nature throughout Faerûn. Priests and druids of the realms call him Silvanus, though he is known by many names.”

Personality
Typical of nature deities, some describe Silvanus as being wild and unpredictable, much like nature itself. He is chiefly concerned with nature especially wild nature in both it's beauty and savagery. He cares greatly for the balance of nature such as growth and decay, water and drought, etc. He has a special hatred for those who use fire carelessly or with deliberate intention to cause destruction.
Relationships
He is allied with and served by fellow non-evil deities of animals and nature such as Eldath, Mielikki, and Shiallia (a minor deity of fertility). HIs other allies are Chauntea and Lathander. He is considered an enemy by Malar, Moander (an ancient deity of rot and corruption), Talona, and Talos.
Worshipers
Silvanus had both clerics and druids in his faith, though their presence varied by location, with druids being the more prominent. His clergy worked with those of Eldath and Mielikki towards common goals.
