Moradin
Moradin (pronounced: /ˈmɔːrɑːdɪn/ MOR-a-din or: /ˈmɔːrədɪn/ MOR-uh-din) was the lawful good god of the dwarves and the chief deity in their pantheon. The Soul Forger was strength incarnate and force of will embodied, a harsh but fair judge who evaluated his creations by the goodness of their works first and intentions second. The Dwarffather inspired dwarven inventions and constantly sought to improve their race, encouraging a good-natured, intelligent, and harmonious existence with other good races while battling their pride and isolationist tendencies.
Every fall of the hammer on the anvil, every fire stoked in the forge, is a step on a journey set before me by Moradin himself. It isn’t work. It is a challenge to achieve greatness.

Description
Moradin appears as a 20' tall dwarf with a powerful build, particularly in the upper body with a stern-face, his mane and beard both reaching his knees. He is dressed plaingly, wearing a smith's leather leggings and apron plus furs and bracers of pure gold on his forearms.
Personality
He is gruff, stern, and nearly incapable of compromise as he tirelessly defends his people; only quality results earned his approval. Out of view he is very crafty and uses people's assumptions of intelligence to get the drop on them.
Intervention
Moradin works through manifestations rather than avatar and when he does it's to help dwarves facing an overwhelming odds. He blesses favored warriors or guiding his people.
Worshipers
Moradin's clerics, the Sonnlinor, are from a family lineage of clerics. Wearing earthy colors, with chain mail and silvered helms they are charged with wiping out followers of Gruumsh and emphasized activities such as mining, smithing, and engineering. His holy day is on the first crescent of the month and is worshiped at forges and hearths.
Orders
Hammers of Moradin: An elite military order dominated by crusaders and fighting clerics who serve both as commanders of dwarven armies and is an elite strike force able to handle anything thrown at them.
The order is dedicated to the defense of dwarven holdings and expanding dwarven territories.
