Captain Bruce Weaver

A dodgy pirate captain, who seems interested with getting you on-board his vessel.  His ship displays a pirate flag, and does not fly a standard of any nation or settlement.
First encountered in Episode 2, off the Sword Coast, south of Luskan, shortly after the destruction of Luskan.  The party fled on a polymorphed Thondar to safety in Neverwinter.
Encountered again in Episode 4, as the lead ship surrounding the party.
