Zur the Apprentice Necromancer

An evil and foul-smelling halfing wizard who the party encountered in the City of the Dead. He had poisoned the graveyard's warden, Sir Ambrose, and was busy unearthing and animating skeletons when the party located and killed him, completing a quest for the Blackstaff.
