Dame Tisar - "The Angry Noblewoman"

An angry noblewoman, who was first met at the Dead Raven Tavern.
Her trip out of the Valley of Pine Grove was cut short due to weather issues on the night of winter solstice. While trying to get her coach out of the mountain pass, heavy snowfall kept her in town. She was seen yelling at her coachmen Bassu coming into the Tavern.
She leaves most nights with her driver Bassu on foot and wanders off into the village of Pine Grove. One account of her actions saw her leaping over a wall from a standing position. A weird fog rolled in and no further reports have been made.

Facial Features

Despite the almost permanent scowl on Dame Tisar face, it is framed by her immaculately cared for hair. Her hair always seems kept exactly where she wishes it to be, even when coming in from a blustery windstorm.

She walks with a purpose of station and seems uninterested in conversation with the common folk.

Apparel & Accessories

Dame Tisar wears a fur topped cloak. The fur is a lightish gray with white highlights and darker patches; most likely from a wolf pelt. The gown underneath is mostly white, while it is simple in form, it is ornately trimmed with a white and gold floral pattern on a black jacquard ribbon. Her boots are topped with a similar fur as her jacket, and also have an overall white color to them.
Giving a hint of elegance and class, the outfit looks to prioritizes comfort over style, as there is no bodice that one would expect for her level of society. Not that the outfit seems too revealing or capable of besmirching the reputation of a lady of her station. The overall look is simply resectable and loose-fitting.
