Languages

Your ancestry entry states which languages you know at 1st level. Typically, this means you can both speak and read these languages. The languages presented here are grouped according to how common they are throughout Faelderin. Languages that are common are regularly encountered in most places, even among those who aren’t native speakers. Languages that are uncommon are most frequently spoken by native speakers, but they are also spoken by certain scholars and others interested in the associated cultures. Rare languages are known by a rare few either of a particular ancestry or group. these languages can only be learnt if the character has some way in game of learning the language. Not all of these languages are not openly listed but are accessible to Game Masters as a on the sidebar.

The “Common” tongue in Faelderin is Faelderish; it is the primary trade language although it is not the primary language spoken in many of the lands regions. In an ancestry states common as a known language they take Faelderish instead.
