Mechanics & Inner Workings

An everbright lantern sheds light in a 120-foot cone; the closest 60 feet is bright light, and the farthest 60 feet is dim light.
It has metal shutters allowing for little or no light to escape through when shut.
It does not need to be fueled and never goes out.
It is magical in nature and can be extinguished temporarily by a dispel magic spell.

Significance

Given by Rolzire Pridecrest to Muzob The Proud for allying the orc clans against the dragon armies after the great dragon war. Currently, it denotes leadership amongst the Orc clans.
