DIS
Not truly a political faction, DIS must still be mentioned in this list because of its significance. There is a monster brothel in the west end of The City , which is owned and operated by denizens from DIS, a demon city. Madam Mathilde is the proprietor of the brothel, and the Demon Prince Bathla Dur of DIS has been seen on the premises.
The staff includes several monsters, and since the brothel's holdings includes most of the surrounding neighborhoods, DIS must be considered as a monster lord with a domain. The exact agenda of the brothel in The City is not known apart from the amassing of power, one can be certain there is one. Everything suggests that the brothel is operated with cool, devastating efficiency one expects of demons, even lowly ones.
