Wind modifiers:

Light Wind: -1 attack rolls beyond 200 feet.
Strong Wind: -2 attack rolls beyond 150 feet.

Environmental Damage:

  Fire: Gradual burn damage and conditions.
Collapsing terrain: Falling damage or trapping conditions.

Gear Modification System:

  Attachments (scopes, suppressors, extended mags) offer trade-offs.
Suppressors reduce sound but may reduce damage by 1 die.
