Suppressed: Disadvantage on attack rolls due to consistent fire.
Disoriented: Caused by flashbangs or concussions; Blinded for 1 round. disadvantage on attacks and Perception checks for 1d4-1 rounds therafter.
Bleeding: Lose 1 HP per round until stabilized.
Overheated: Gadgets stop functioning after 3 rounds of overuse, requiring cooldown.
