Henry Stockmann was born in UCR in 2220. He born to a ranching family in the outskirts of the Capital, and like many other ranchers, he’d grow incredibly wealthy when he started to own his own cattle ranch.
Becoming one of the wealthiest residents of UCR City, he eventually would start a club for other cattle barons in the UCR. He’d begin an illegal gambling operation in the city, in violation with UCR law. Other then that, Henry is an average wealthy landowner, although some say he is involved in a conspiracy within the UCR.
