Bane, The Strife Emperor

Betrayer God

Bane was always considered the most violent of the Gods, even before the War in Heaven. He often held blood sports for the mortals to fight in for glory. Unlike Vadur, these fights were an anything goes fight. It did not matter what caused the blood to flow, as long as it flowed.

Fane of the Lord of Murder

A Fane of the Lord of Murder is a profane and secretive temple. It is not a place of light or open prayer, but a cathedral of blood, hidden beneath the surface of the world. Most are buried under city slums, abandoned manors, graveyards, or deep within caverns.

The Iron Howl

They do not build. They do not rule. They are the fist that breaks the spine of order so their god’s gospel of blood may be written across the world. When the War in Heaven began, The Iron Howl was ready. They moved across the world, sowing death and destruction. Now they hide in the shadows, hunted by those who live in the light. Though they still continue their bloody work.

Tenets

Break the Chain: No laws, no kings, only chaos shall reign.
Take, Never Tend: Creation is the domain of cowards. We are destroyers.
The Strong Lead by the Blade: Leadership is not given, it is taken. Stength is the only law.

The Shardfields

A desolate wasteland of broken rock and metal. Simply walking here will cut a person to ribbons in an instant. Creatures battle across this plain for no other purpose than to kill.

The Helm of Slaughter

This brutal helm is forged from scorched black iron and crowned with twisted horns shaped like grasping claws. Dried blood eternally stains its jagged edges, and the front bears no visor—only a gaping maw of serrated teeth wrought in steel. Those who wear the helm revel in blood, growing stronger with each drop spilt, but losing control of themselves.
