Zuggtmoy - Queen of Rot

Zuggtmoy is one of the Abyssal Lords of the Abyss. They are a strange and morbid fungal creature who desires to infect all living things with their spores, transforming them into mindless vessels for their fungal spawn, all part of a vast network of symbiotic organisms.
Zuggtmoy is a deceptive and treacherous being, easily underestimated as being a simple plant. They are patient and subtle, slowly corrupting and infecting anything they come in contact with, and by the time anyone notices it is far too late.
Zuggtmoy thrives of rot and decay, building their empire upon the corpses of beasts and plants, destroying all that life that is not under their control, subverting the very natural order for their own end.

Zuggtmoy is a fugal entity, a vast network of symbiotic organisms.
When they want to take on a physical form they appear as a mockery of a humanoid shape, a skeletally-thin feminine figure, draped and veiled in mycelium and lichen. Alien in both mind and body.

Realm:

Zuggtmoy resides in a part of the Abyss known as Shedaklah. A land that consists of massive forests of mushrooms dotted with acidic rivers and clouds of poisonous vapours.
