The Treaty of Tides

In the wake of Admiral Lysandros' triumph, the great island captains and city elders gathered in Lysandra to chart a new course. Amid salt-sprayed winds and ancient stone halls, they forged the Treaty of Tides, a binding accord that unified the Eberian islands in purpose, if not yet in rule. The pact established a council of maritime powers, standardized trade weights and coinage, and forbade vendettas between cities. Defense of the seas became a shared duty. While crowns remained, so too did a newfound solidarity. Eberia, once scattered, now whispered with one voice across the waters it called home.
