The Centennial Wars

The Centennial Wars are a prolonged series of conflicts between the rival kingdoms of Aeritain and Floren. Though not continuous, the wars span nearly a century of shifting alliances, brutal campaigns, and uneasy truces. At stake are territorial claims, trade dominance, and competing claims to noble titles. While early conflicts are marked by chivalric warfare, later decades bring total war and scorched earth tactics. Nearly all of the fighting takes place in Floren, with generations shaped by the enduring hostilities.
