Eberian Council

The Eberian Council is the primary governing body of the Eberian Isles, formed to maintain unity among the formerly independent city-states that now comprise the island nation. It consists of appointed delegates from each major island and port city, with Lysandra holding a place of prominence due to its size, wealth, and symbolic importance. The Council oversees maritime law, trade policy, diplomatic relations, and naval strategy, functioning as both a senate and a war council.
Though it does not operate as a democracy in the modern sense, the Council values consensus and tradition. The Admiral of the Eberian Fleet, often chosen by the Council, serves as both a military leader and a symbolic figurehead, echoing the legacy of Tharos Lysandros.
