History
After a civil war in Paul the Nation of Balsas was created under the Lord Prince Pizz Nobornan who was descended from the former noble line of the Coopoolar royal family. Balsas was in the Control of Paul for 23 years where Lord Prince Noboman was imprisoned 4 times, totalling 1 year and 2 months. He became the symbol of the oppression of the Zimmon Race in Paul and with local and brotherhood support he gained power at the age of 38 years.

In the lasr 150 years the Balsas countryside has been under the control of several other nations including, Paul , Formigas , Ngambe and the now nonigsistent nation of Coopoolar.
Military
The Zimmon Defence Brotherhood have a united army. They are trained in the art of Ambush and rebound for their talent with the Bow and Arrow. "The Knights of the Brotherhood" is the official name for the Army of Balsas and is made up of the First Born Sons of every family in Balsas. Service is mandatory and they serve in the army for life. They are committed to truth and justice and to maintain Balsas society however, what one person thinks is justice and truth may not be the same as another.
Foreign Relations
In recent years Formigas has signed a cooperation treaty with Kingdom of Ambergris and this in years to come may place increased pressure upon the Defence of Balsas and the Zimmon Defence Brotherhood and the Knights of the Brotherhood.
