Personal history

The Old tales speak of a half woman with a serpent tail and eight dogs around her waist. These are merely tales from an age afraid of the dark.
There is a tale from a claimed survivor of the goddess's wrath. The survivor washed ashore belonging to a ship sunken long ago. At first they only udder-ed one word, 'Nimesaaler.' When they regained speech, they claimed that was the goddess's name. Whether or not the tale is believed, the word stuck as the goddess's name.
