Fate Advents
Moon Magu places three eight sided die upon a wide flat bottom bowl. The dice are pure silver, black and one that changes colors, but all sides on all of the dice are blank. It's said only Fate and the player know what happens. Anyone is allowed to roll Fate's dice if they can pick them up. Many card, star, bone, dice, and crystal readers appear in the cities to read people's fates for a fee of course. It is believed that fate readers get a stronger read on this day because the Moon Magu weaver of fates comes down.
Execution
Every city, town, or village that makes a pedestal with the bowl can be visited by the Moon Magu. These places with bated breath wait till Fate's hour for the die to appear. If the die do not appear, the town goes about as a usual market day. Traditionally, this day is a simple prayer with a chance to roll Fate's dice. Over time, the day has many fate-seers and games to be held in the market. The Moon Magu has not shown displeasure by these acts, so the fate-seers and gamblers stay.
