Commerce Circles
These gigantic teleportation circles are constructed for the use of transporting goods and people to another teleportation circles. The circles are limited to a handful of cities due to their size and complextity to run. Statues, shrines and temple nearby to the Keeper of All are found here due to the deity being of civilation and transporting goods from various temples to others in need.
