Order of the Pale Tablet

The Order of the Pale tablet is a society of Kalashtar, a group of people born from the bound between humans and ancient spirits that fell during the Calamity. Most of the society are monks who  are guided or haunted by their spirits they are connected to. Those guided by benevolent help those tormented by the evil spirits that push to have them commit acts of violence. While most are able to do this some succumb to these urges and are either shunned or tried depending on if crimes are committed.  The Monastery is located on the mountains in the west of the Greying Wildlands in the Crystallands Tundra in attempts to isolate from the rest of the societies of Exandria deeming them to materialistic, zealots, and warmongering
