Lord Focish Bhaskan

Lord Focish Bhaskan is a former Lord of the floating city of Draconia and was a prominent figure in the slave trade of Ravenites  during the glory days before the Chroma Conclave attack. He managed to escape with several slaves in tow and established a underground slave trade in Nicodranis and eventually met Lady Topha Zejek a half Elf noble who works closely with the leaders of Nicodranas while working with underground cult of Cloven Coven in tandem with some Revelry Captains who want to release Uko'toa with Topha and Focish believing this is a path to release Zephir the betrayer god.
