Lady Topha Zejek

Lady Topha Zejek is a noble in Nicodranas who is one of the heads of the Cloven Coven who intend to bring back Ukotoa. She works closely with the leaders of Nicodranas while working with underground cult of Cloven Coven in tandem with some Revelry Captains who want to release Uko'toa with Topha and Focish believing this is a path to release Zephir the betrayer god.
