Session 8: Journey to Rexxentrum
General Summary
After concluding their affairs in Nogvurot and indulging in a much-needed night of rest, our heroes embarked on their journey towards Rexxentrum early the next morning. The capital lay about five days' travel away. On the first day of their journey, they found themselves under attack by a group of gnolls. Fortunately, they managed to maintain their distance from the gnolls, thanks to their faster horses.
The second day saw them arriving at Pearlbow Forest, where the road passed through. Deciding to make camp here, they rested before continuing their journey. Much of the road remained uneventful, although they couldn't ignore the signs of large predators in the area, evidenced by the remains of a carriage they stumbled upon. On the 2nd of Duscar, they finally reached the gates of Rexxentrum after their long and arduous journey. What awaits our heroes in the capital of the Dwendalian Empire ?
