Keo's Wizard Tower

Keo's Ultimate Wizard Tower
A series of demiplanes all interconnected by controlled doorways & warded to prevent outside intrusion by any other method of travel. Accessed via a floating island with an entire small city built upon it devoted to the free exchange of knowledge between all walks of life, for the good of all. Specifically brings together arcane practitioners, the Cobalt Soul, the tinkerers of Whitestone, the Temple of Ioun & any other factions devoted to knowledge & learning, all in one location where they can coordinate and exchange ideas. This is enforced through one of the few regional laws, members of any such organization is allowed free entry into all other organizations to view their research efforts & weekly meetings are held between the leadership of each organization to further repair relationships that have long been contentious. Neutrality in politics has kept the Vedalken alive for centuries, so it is the law of the land here as well, refusing to ever promise their aid directly in any conflicts between men & men, only helping when men must fight to survive against monsters & extra-planar entities. (Swiss Bookworm Hippies)
