According to Scavenger Sons, p. 19, this is the earliest that the Bull of the North is mentioned, uniting the icewalker tribes. Obviously, this contradicts information in the Kingdom of Halta sourcebook, which has him waging war in the northeast, south of the Linowan Nation, between 761 and 764.
