Wizard's Demesne

A Wizard's Demesne is one of the legendary 10th level spells. It creates a pocket dimension that the wizard can flee to at any time, can invite anyone inside no matter where they are, and critically can contain other extradimensional spaces. A wizard's magic is empowered within their own demesne, able to be cast faster and far stronger than would be true anywhere else. A wizard does not age within their demesne, nor do they need to eat or drink or sleep, but this lost care is immediately felt upon leaving the demesne. As the power within tends to be addicting and the passage of time is not felt, this process has killed most wizards that cast the spell without the proper training.
