Wand Steve

Wand Steve is an enigmatic human of unclear descent. He is easily recognizable by his over large trench coat regardless of the weather. He is known to make and trade magic wands in exchange for rare materials.
Steve likes to approach travelers and open up his coat, revealing his impressive wand and offering to let people hold it, an act he considers quite generous.
Wand Steve is a wanted man in 37 cities and was kicked out of the Order of the Eye for reasons unknown.
