The Airman's Guild
Structure
The Airman's Guild is a very loose collection of pilots, aviators, aeronauts, and innovators that advocate for public transport to convert to full air power- as such, they have very charismatic 'leaders' but in actuality decisions are made by the Council of Airmen, which are made up of all those who make it to their yearly meetings. Messages are then carried to other dues-paying members of the Guild.
Public Agenda
To convince governments and organizations big and small to create more public transport airships, and eventually to link the entire continent with multiple fast-pace and safe airships. To this end, they fund start up balloon businesses, host public displays of daring aerial acrobatics, and encourage inventors by putting out 'bounties' on new flying technology and magic.
History
The Airman's Guild was founded in 1316 by Squadron 12- a retired group of Imperial aeronauts who had all been injured during a failed test of war balloon technology. Despite their injuries, they opened the first commercial balloon business and were responsible for popularizing balloons in Bronzehold, eventually founding the Guild with a rival business.
