Ghost Battalion

Ghost Battalion is a volunteer force of foreigners in service to the Alliance. It is used by the Dwarves as an experimental group, and manned entirely by exiles from the other great empires. It is notable for being the only force on the continent in which humans, Langites, and Gwelin happily serve together as equals. Ghost Battalion is sent on stealth missions, and it's existence is largely unknown to those outside the Alliance. Ghost Battalion mechanists have come up with advanced tank schematics, improved flying machines, severely explosive arcanotech, and rifle technology. These wondrous machines are generally not distributed throughout Dwarvish ranks, as the people under Ghost Battalion's protection believe that as soon as they prove obsolete the Alliance might give up on them.
