The Scaled Legion is a militant clan of kobolds who train their tiny scaled mercenaries to risk life and limb to contribute gold, magic items, and other "shinies" to the communal hoard. Over the last 50 years, the Legion has established dens throughout the world of Evermore. Wherever there's regular mercenary work to be had a Legion operative is likely not far behind.
Rykryk is one of the newest generations of Kobolds born into a Scaled Legion den dug into the outskirts of Ghayri. He cut his teeth working underground both within the warrens of his home den and the ancient dwarven catacombs that claim many Kobolds in their search for riches. While absolutely enamored with the idea of dragons and shinies like the rest of his kin - Rykryk has taken a special interest in the creation of the explosive powders he was exposed to during one of his first mercenary gigs.These days he can be found wherever his contracts take him often leaving a trail of rubble and/or tiny business cards in his wake.
