Ascian Naito

Ascian grew up on the city streets, living in a small shack, making a living through theft and grifting, one fateful day he pickpocketed a traveler who gave chase. Ascian traced across the city to escape. He had finally lost his pursuer when his foot slipped on a crumbling chimney and he fell and was knocked unconscious into a coma. He dreamt of a warrior bound by honor and a code who taught him a new way to live. He woke up later in his own bed, looking around in confusion, completely alone and his room untouched except on his little table lay an object wrapped in cloth. Inside was a beautiful sword, the katanas that the warrior wielded in his dream. He inquired among his acquaintances to who left it all of whom had no clue and were surprised by his reappearance. They all assumed he had perished, since he hadn't been seen for 2 months. Taking the katanas up he decided to go out into the world and do his best to follow the teachings of the dream warrior.
