Madam Fiore

A dwarven/giant who lives alone in the mirror woods with her swamp pets. She is old, haggard, has a long braided beard and wears a large collection of rocks tied to strings all around her body that are covered with ancient runes.

Morality & Philosophy

She has long been resentful of Glimmershore and the fact that they took the kingdom over from Glintfall, despite the peaceful transition. She has dedicated her life to biding her time and getting revenge on the Kingdom of Glimmershore on behalf of her queen.
Backstory

Madam Fiore is of Dwarven and Giant descent. She is a witch who is originally from Glintfall, and became angry and resentful when they passed the kingdom from Nivea to Lucinda. She chose to move to the outskirts of the kingdom of Glimmershore when the kingdom of Glintfall fell and has been waiting for her chance to get back at Lucinda on behalf of her previous Queen Nivea ever since. She has been living in the mirror woods protecting the dagger that has mercy on Nivea. Her and the woods have a symbiotic relationship where she protects the dagger and the woods send her people for her and her children to eat. She has Giant toads that live in her bog which are her children.

Personality Characteristics

Motivation

Silas reached out to her and offered her the opportunity she had long been waiting for when he gave her an invitiation to the The Glimmertide Ball. She viewed this as her chance to seek revenge on Glimmershore, but ultimately just wants to live her life in the swamp.
The Culprit Behind the Animated Objects

Madam Fiore used rune magic and carved runes into the different objects around the castle. She then had a master rune marked on a rock tied to a string around her neck that she used to activate the Animate Objects Spell.


 

Dwarven Witch who was a part of the original kingdom of Glintfall. She moved out to the Mirror Woods when the kingdom fell and has been super resentful of Lucinda and Glimmershore ever since. She lives in the Mirror woods protecting the huntsman's dagger
