Leo

"Come, come, come all you dangerous folk! Bring your axes, your swords and your spears! Vie for the prize of your life and glory for all time in the Arena!"   Leo is one of the larger minor islands of Everim. Set between the great islands of Cyrpus and Silos, is has always been the most active staging point in its part of the world.   Leo is the home of the famous Arena, a colosseum where champions from all over the world fight to control of land and treasure on the island. The deep rivalry between Cyrpus and Silos makes Leo a highly contested region with champions from both nations routinely fighting one another in the Arena for dominance of trading ports and farmland.   Leo is a very unique place. First settled by the Sea-fare Mannish thousands of years ago, it has been conquered by Emperals, Phantinians and Silosians in its long history. However, Leo currently exists in a state of political and military limbo with rouge generals and military exiles fighting for control of the land in and around the space of the Arena.

Geography

Leo is a small mix of forest and plains with a couple rivers but virtually know major distinguish landmarks. No deserts, mountains or swamps to speak of which makes the island almost a perfect place for the carnival military culture to thrive and fight totally unhindered by inhospitable geography or bad weather.

Fauna & Flora

Leo houses a handful of small forests, simple brush and flower breeds, a few grazing wild animals and small bipedal creatures that hang from the trees, watching the armies of supposedly more intelligent beings kill one another for sport.

Natural Resources

Leo being such a simple place lacking mountains means their shard and precious metal mines are very limited. Grazing, fishing and the Arena make up most of the anarchy economy of Leo.
