Spooktober 2024

Today I finished all 21 prompts but ran out of the deadline (I submitted 17 of them in time). I uploaded all 21 double pages of the Altered Book/Junk Journal I made for this challenge.

The book was super old and easy to work in with watercolor, so that was my primary tool this time.

this is outstanding! I saw a youtube video once where someone used a similar technique to alter a Bible and add little illustrations in the corner.

Thanks! I often buy books from online antiquarians and get extra ones with the orders. Not all of them end up on the shelf, but none go to waste. Altered books are a great way to use leftover supplies from craft projects.
