Giants

The giants are creatures of Jomril, created primarily to shape the surface of Evera due to the power of their enormous size. According to legends, giants were once able to move entire mountains. Today there are very few of them left. Many of them were killed by the dragons, some of their clans living on Utea fell in the Beastman invasion. Elsewhere, they were involved in wars with Humans, Dwarves or Elves, because of their natural habitats. There are currently two races of Giants living on Evera, although they do not differ in name. The clans, which have preserved their former size and traditions, live secluded on the top of huge mountains. Their significantly smaller counterparts, sometimes derided as half-giant, merged with Humans or Dwarves - eventually causing real mixing. Giants are 40 meters tall on average, proportionate humanoid-like creatures, smart and skillful, but also jealous. Their clans are outstanding in different work or virtue, so it is difficult for them to compare who is better among them. They know extremely well the various stone materials and their architecture is wonderful, even if few of the sons of the "small peoples" will see such in their lifetime. They are also skilled in sculpting, sometimes bringing their works to life with magic. They can speak with animals and birds, but there is no known explanation for this ability. The "half-giants" are only three meters tall, but in their abilities and nature are no different than their huge counterparts.
