Fedheran Unity Accords

The agreement between the Four Families of Descendants to align their laws and governance of their individual territories. This is the basis upon which all Fedheran law is founded.

History

The Fedheran Unity Accord was orginially authored by Fearis Falithi and Liv IV of Anilivia as a counter offer to the The Purge Covenant in the year 500 of the Purge Era, intended to be more favourable to the Puritans. The offer was never presented to the Purgers, however, and the Accord was locked up in the The Palace Of Heaven for one hundred years.
After the Fall of Utopia Mytherion VIIIX added ten amendments to the original document and presented it to the four remaining families of the Descendants of Eith. The document was named the Fedheran Unity Accord and became the foundation for Fedheran law.

Signatories

The Seat of each of the four families have written their signature in red ink on the first and on the last pages of the Accord: Eaman Sonoderi, Virenja of Anilivia, Fearis Falithi, and Mytherion VIIIX. The signing was done in private in the Hall of Council in Hammar's Golden Palace. Each signatory served as witnesses to each other. It is said that Fearis was not even allowed to bring his pet lizard into the room.

Fedheran Succession

One of the biggest amendments made to the Fedheran Unity Accords defines the requirements of succession to the Throne of Fedhera. It states that the elected king must be a direct descendant of Mytheran on their father's side; or have at least five direct descendants of Mytheran in their anscestry, three of which must be male.
