An Abyssal Compass is a promotional item given out by the Abyssal Emporium that helps its user find an entrance to the store.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Instead of being marked with cardinal directions, the Abyssal Compass bears no markings. Its needle is not magnetic, and instead is magically entangled with established entrances to the Abyssal Emporium. When inside a city that contains an entrance to the store, the compass's needle will guide the user to this entrance. Otherwise, the needle will spin endlessly.
