High on Breva

Upon application, make a CON save. This determines the percent chance of receiving a drawback from using the narcotic. Then roll a d8 (Reroll on an 8), this is how many hours the benefits will last. 10 minutes after taking a dosage of Breva, the following affects will occur:
STR score increases by 2.
Speed increases by 15 feet for Walking and Swimming.
Passive Perception has a +5 bonus.
Perception Checks made at advantage.
After about an hour, the effects fade.

Transmission & Vectors

This occurs when one applies Breva to their throat, chest, or back.

Symptoms

After about 10 minutes, the individual will be overtaken by a euphoric high. At about the same time, the individual's senses will become extremely sensitive. This narcotic also contains compounds which induces a 'Hysterical Strength' response within the individuals body.

Treatment

Unfortunately, once applied, there is no known way to counteract the effects of this powerful narcotic.

Addiction is highly likely.
