The Village of Rhea
The Village of Rhea is not a nice place to visit. Many people either take the bypass route around the city, or just pass through Oksha and take the longer route. This is because this place looks like a slum, with no lights at night and scraggly looking buildings. This place is home to hags and people who the Kingdom of Azazara deem witches or unsafe magic practitioners. These people are often stripped of their magic and then shipped here in prison carriages. Rhea is extremely heavily guarded, and the people who live here are treated awfully. Some people who are taken here are shunned students, who are completely demoralized for their wrongdoings.
Creation
This village was created when the KING and QUEEN of Azazara were crowned, it was their first order of business. They wanted to cleanse the kingdom of all the "wrong" or "bad" people. In doing so, this also started the SECRET MAGE SERVICE program, or SMS for short. This program runs like a detective agency, and keeps all their work a secret. People disappear on the streets who the program deems a threat, and they are never seen again.
